for a long time we might enjoy the box we’re born into comfortable in the edges pre-made to shape us then hunger arises or war or desire and pressed by necessity we must seek what’s outside the drawn lines beyond the border compelled to flee danger whether gaza or donetsk whether buchenwald or rwanda or perhaps some ordinary trouble driven to unknown worlds
