Sounding Our Place | Lied Public Library | Generative Poetry Workshop

Join us at the Lied Public Library on Saturday May 21st at 10am for a poetry workshop for all ages with Iowa’s Poet Laureate Debra Marquart. Debra Marquart is a Distinguished Professor of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University and Iowa’s Poet Laureate.  Debra will share some poems and explore different poetry styles. Then participants will have a chance to hone their own writing skills.
